Keep on Rollin'
So that's where we are now. She's a rolling and she won't stop. Rory rolled over for the first time last night (though she still can't get her arm from under her--which makes her mad, by the way) and today, there was no stopping her. She was so excited that she learned this new trick. Every time I would move her to her back, she would flip back over. She's so proud of herself. We are, too. First (intentional) roll: 12 weeks 4 days.
Accidents Happen...
...but they're not fun. After getting spooked, Cheddar dashed across the living room while Rory was on the floor having a little tummy time. It wasn't pretty. :( But Cheddar apoligized and Rory is fine (I cried more than she did). I still don't like it though.
The Sequel to Snakes on a Plane...
Snakes in a School. That's right. In the middle of the faculty meeting several teachers noticed something fall from the ceiling. While I was in the middle of asking a question, I noticed a baby snake squirming across the floor and (yes I'm a dork) I said "and by the way, there's a snake behind you." Then I see one of the assistant principles jump over the counter and several other people jump up on chairs. Turns out it was just a baby rat snake (not poisonous). But therein lies the problem: baby snake = mama snake AND more babies... IN THE CEILING. Gross.
