Rory E. McAnally and J.J. Bear of Greenville, NC were arrested Sunday for a drive-by soaping. The two will serve a term of roughly 5 minutes in a shared cell. J.J. Bear claims that he is reformed and will never be involved in such behavior again. Rory makes no such promises.
